Available from 6:30 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays, and 24 hours a day on weekends and bank holidays.

Emergency attendance: We aim to attend within 2 hours, subject to engineer availability, your location and circumstances outside our reasonable control. The £250 + VAT emergency call-out charge is payable in advance before the engineer starts travelling to your property. Attendance is subject to engineer availability.
